EuroMed Feminist Initiative takes part in the Day of Dialogue, Brussels Conference on Syria

Today, Lillian Halls French, EuroMed Feminist Initiative (EFI) Co-President and Boriana Jonsson EFI Executive Director, attend the Day of Dialogue with the civil society of the seventh Brussels Conference on ‘Supporting the future of Syria and the region’.
The Day of Dialogue brings together civil society from Syria and other countries, decision makers and operational partners to engage in dialogue on Syria and the region, and the humanitarian challenges faced.
EuroMed Feminist Initiative takes part to this high-level event to support Syrian women recommendations and to ask decision-makers to pursue their full commitment on Syria with a focus on women’s organisations.
The aid must have a gender sensitive component taking into account the increasing needs and the continuum of violence.
