Training on Governance, Procedures, and Internal Policies

EuroMed Feminist Initiative (EFI) conducted a four-day training program from September 20th to 23rd in Beirut, focused on "Capacity Building in Governance, Procedures, and Internal Policies." The training was led by Mr. Zaidoun Zoabi.
During this training program, participants engaged in a comprehensive exploration of governance concepts and practices. Attendees also delved into practical exercises and strategies related to governance, with a particular focus on building governance structures aligned with strategic objectives and addressing institutional modifications. The training centered on network governance, examining its challenges and emphasizing the integration of a gender perspective. Through a series of presentations, discussions, and collaborative activities, participants acquired valuable insights into the dynamics of governance within organizational contexts.
The training witnessed the active participation of 23 attendees representing various geographical regions within Syria, consequently nurturing a robust and multifaceted interchange of perspectives.
This training took place in the frame of a program funded by the Swedish International Development Agency.
